The Club at Old Tappan is the restaurant at the Old Tappan Golf Course located at 83 Dewolf Rd. In 2004 Gordon Fraser took over operations at the OTGC. He has been the food and beverage director for several Bergen County golf course restaurants over the past 20 years. He redesigned the kitchen and bar and opened his doors to the public.
